The owner's name, the rental's address and the owner's mailing address come straight off the license. We add the owner's phone number for most. When we can't find one, the mailing address still gets your letter there.

A new license is a new owner making a decision.

Florida requires a license to rent most homes and condos by the night. Owners usually apply right before they start taking bookings, which is when they decide between running it themselves and hiring a manager.

Some already have someone. Many are still deciding, and almost none have been called yet. The list gets you there first, with the license only days old.

Find your county.

Every county with at least one new license a month, busiest first. Each one goes to the first manager who claims it.

Prices are fixed per county and don't change with a busy month. You pay the same flat price whether the state licenses 60 new rentals or 90.

New vacation rental licenses per month, July 1 to October 23, 2026. Prices are fixed; counts move with the season.

Counties with fewer than one new license a month aren't sold alone. Ask and we'll add one to a neighboring county.

How it works

  1. Get a free sample

Pick your county. We email you its new licenses from the last two weeks, with owner phone numbers, within one business day.

  2. Claim your county

Check out with a card in about a minute. From then on, no other manager gets your county's list from us.

  3. Call new owners every morning

Your first list arrives the next weekday morning. After that, the licenses approved since your last list land in your inbox each weekday as Google Sheets, Excel and CSV.

The deal, plainly.

Your county is yours

While you're subscribed, no other manager gets your county's new licenses from us. Cancel, or let a payment lapse for 7 days, and the county opens back up.

Every license, every weekday

We send every new vacation rental license the state approves in your county, the next weekday morning. Some days there are none; we never pad the list.

Priced by county, not by lead

We find phone numbers for most owners, and like any contact data, a few will be out of date. You pay one flat price for the county instead of per lead, so there are no per-lead credits. Cancel anytime.

Questions

Who is this for?

Vacation rental and short-term rental property managers, and co-hosting companies, that take on new homes in Florida. One company per county.

Where do the leads come from?

Florida's new vacation rental licenses. The state requires a license to rent most homes and condos by the night, so a new license usually means a rental that's about to take its first bookings. Each weekday we take the new licenses in your county, find the owner's phone number when we can, and send you the list.

What does one manager per county mean?

While you're subscribed, we don't sell or send your county's new vacation rental licenses to any other property manager. If you cancel, or a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, the county opens back up. The licenses are public records, so we can't stop someone from digging them up on their own. But nobody else gets them from us.

How many leads will I get?

Every new license in your county, however many that is. The table shows each county's monthly average since July 1. Busy counties get a few new licenses most weekdays; small ones may go days without one. We don't promise a count.

Does every lead have a phone number?

No. Every lead has the owner's name, the rental's address and the owner's mailing address straight from the license. We find a phone number for most of them. The ones without a number are still worth a letter or a postcard.

What if a phone number is wrong?

It happens now and then. Numbers come from public sources, and people change them. Since you pay one flat price for the county rather than per lead, there are no credits for individual numbers. Your free sample shows you what to expect, and you can cancel anytime.

Don't some of these owners already have a manager?

Some do, and some licenses are filed by the manager for the owner. Many owners are still deciding between hiring someone and doing it themselves, and almost none have been called about it yet. You get every license either way.

How do I sign up?

Claim your county from the map or the table and check out with a card. It takes a minute, and your first list comes the next weekday morning. It's month to month: cancel anytime from the link in your receipt.

Can I take more than one county?

Yes. Claim each county you want. Counties with fewer than one new license a month aren't sold alone; ask and we'll add one to a neighboring county.

Start with a free sample.
