This policy explains what information FiledToday collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. FiledToday ("we," "us") provides daily business lead lists to subscribers in Florida.

Information we collect

We collect two distinct categories of information:

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, the county you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. If you become a subscriber, we also keep billing-related details handled by our payment processor.
Business filing data we compile. Our product is built from new business registrations filed with the State of Florida, which are public records, combined with contact details drawn from publicly available sources and third-party people-search databases. This may include a business owner's name, business and personal phone number, email, mailing address, and website.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and set up and deliver your subscription.
To send you the daily lead lists you've signed up for.
To manage billing, support, and account communications.
To improve the accuracy and quality of our data and service.

How we share information

We do not sell the personal information you provide to us through our forms. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our form handler, email/delivery tools (including Google Sheets), and our payment processor. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Subscriber lead lists are provided to the paying subscriber for their own outreach and are not to be resold or redistributed, as described in our Terms of Service.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use basic, privacy-respecting measures to keep the site running, but we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.

Data retention and security

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We take reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and removal requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've provided to us at any time. If you are a business owner whose contact details appear in our lead data and you'd like to be removed, email us and we will remove you from future lists.
