FiledToday compiles newly filed Florida business registrations along with publicly available owner contact details and delivers them to subscribers as a recurring lead list, filtered by county.
Lead lists are licensed to you for your own business outreach. You agree not to resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the data, in whole or in part, to any third party.
You are solely responsible for how you contact the people and businesses in your lists. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your outreach, which may include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, Do Not Call rules, and any state-level equivalents. FiledToday does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your communications.
Our data is drawn from public records and third-party sources and is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee that every record is current, complete, or error-free. We make no guarantee of sales, conversions, or any particular business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiledToday will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, arising from your use of the service or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for any subscriber who violates these terms, including the restrictions on reselling data or unlawful outreach.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
