Questions

Is the widget free?

Yes. Use it on any site. Please keep the credit line that comes with the code.

How often does it update?

Every week, on its own. It shows the most recent full Monday-to-Friday week and the 7 weeks before it, so there is nothing to maintain.

Where do the numbers come from?

New business filings with the Florida Division of Corporations, counted by the county of the business address. How we count.

Can I change the size or colors?

Change the width to fit your page; it looks best between 280 and 400 pixels wide. Tick “Dark background” above for sites with a dark theme.

Can I use the numbers without the widget?

Yes. Each county page has its weekly numbers, and there is a CSV of all 67 counties. Please credit FiledToday with a link when you publish them.
